Bopha's Finger Egg Rolls

A Cambodian restaurant’s staple, and the most popular appetizer on the menu. Also known as "Lot" to Cambodians, these egg rolls are handmade and be careful they prove to be very addicting. The outside is an egg roll shell that comes wrapped around a delicious combination of ground pork, crushed peanuts, onions and vegetables.

These are a Cambodian delicacy served on special occasions. As a child I was never permitted to make them, but over the years I watched my mother make hundreds. Now I have endless opportunity to make these wonderufl appetizers that everyone loves so much.
